Thread: how to configure dual boot to best effect with express cache


hello,

i'm expecting have new laptop delivered , want dual boot windows7 possible. details of machine here http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=lt-127-sa

haven't used linux on machine specs before, need aware of setup issues, traps? best way use express cache ssd, hardware managed or should place cache xubuntu there?

tips welcome, used using linux on nvidea desktop pc that's few years old, not exotic hardware @ all.

well, if has dual graphics, intel + amd, might have problems that. description leaves little doubt machine designed windows, you'll need run ubuntu dvd/usb test works, , doesn't.
not sure mean 'cache xubuntu'. what's that? if, chance, meant swap partition, no. in fact, 8gb of ram, there no need swap @ all.
