My Premiere Pro crashes everytime I try to import video on my laptop.


but works fine on desktop. can't figure out what's wrong. bought new laptop 2 weeks ago. it's hp win 7 64bit, i5 dual core 8gb ram. please help.

dual video problems

go windows control panel , select hardware , sound , select device manager... in device manager click + sign left of display adapters... , see if 2 listed
