Thread: AMD Over/Underscan

gfx:ati 6870hd

upon reboot scan settings set default. there way fix it, must not saving settings.
possible change default configuration file, if there any?

had twice. first time changed setting in catalyst gui
inserted code in terminal:

code:
sudo aticonfig --set-pcs-val=mcil,digitalhdtvdefaultunderscan,0 sudo reboot
didn't work...

so, un-ticked "use scaling value override"->set scaling option->re-inserted
had become lazy now, , remember settings wouldn't save after re-logged in.
did that,re-logged, seem saved , didn't change display. preceded reboot, low , behold worked , saved.
hope helps.
