Audio and Video out of sync during editing. PLEASE HELP

i using macbook pro. specs are:

- os x version 10.9.2

- 2.5ghz intel core i5 processor

- 4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram

 

when import video aftereffects cc, audio , video out of sync. audio , video files right size, length etc. way out of sync. end of 2 minute video, can out 5-6 seconds. applies videos imported device. iphone, usb , videos i've recorded directly computer. files try , import mp4 files, i've found same issues other video files. i've tried importing them separetely audio file , video file. nothing seems work. experienceing same issue premiere cc.

 

please help. needing these programs work assessment items.

without knowing specs of videos hard say. i'm running mac , having no such issues.

 

my first thought have 3rd party installed causing conflicts. if else fails try transcoding mp4 files frame based codec using adobe media encoder. pick 1 of apple production codecs or jpeg compressed quicktime.

 

are running ram preview? did render premiere timeline? new ae?

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
