Please Help! Can't Reinstall Acrobat X Pro on iMac?

hello:

acrobat x pro running fine on imac months (osx version 10.8.5).

then adobe software updater said not able install acrobat update , should re-install acrobat.

so trying re-install adobe acrobat x off of cs6 standard dvd.

the installation goes 99% tells me installtion failed, spits out disc , following message shows on screen:

exit code: 6

please see specific errors , warnings below troubleshooting. example, error: dw006, dw050 ...
