How do you download an earlier version of Flash Player form the download center?

   since updating flash player version 12.0.0.77, video freezes.  watch tennis on watch espn 3.  after days of trying espn 3 video troubleshooter, settings on flash player, , host of "if this," problem still exists.  uninstalled flash player computer, , tried reinstall it.  download center lists computer windows xp x86 32bit.  have ie 8 browser.  download center wants me download version 12.0.0.77(latest version) of flash player.  checking system requirements 1 needs 2.33ghz cpu , blah, blah.  toshiba equium 7100d(circa 2003) has 550mhz celleron cpu.

   64 dollar question is, version of flash player should have installed in computer?  go install it, since download center stuck in latest version?

flash player 12.0.0.77 works fine on windows xp , ie8.  xp on service pack 3 (sp3)?

 

if want older flash player version: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html - cannot give recommendation older version, since latest version works fine on xp systems around me.

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
