Problems previewing and launching course in Presenter 9 on Windows 8

i published course , gets "stuck" when it's loading.

the circle spins nothing happens.

i have 3 45 minute courses happening to.

i created them on windows 7, created package, , moved them windows 8 desktop computer, problem occuring.

presenter running in powerpoint 2010.

this happens both when try preview course, , when publish course , try run under lms.

the program includes audio , text files.

are trying run presentations locally or lms?

 

if locally, may want verify flash security settings configured allow flash content location on computer, can cause presentation not play.

 

 

if on lms, may need work individual(s) manage lms identify may causing content not load.
