Thread: PNY 128 GB Class 10 UHS-1 SDXC


i got pny 128 gb class 10 uhs-1 sdxc card. it's professional x series. can't format /ext4 or ntfs. keep getting unrecognized disk label errors in gparted 0.12.1 , keep getting u-disk errors in disks. second card got them requested rma original past tuesday when received delivery of it. i've been on phone mike pny , said don't support linux. said second rma last one.

ubuntu 13.04 support exfat natively?

why seem have formatting problems it? won't format ntfs or /ext4 or fat or fat32 file systems. tried microsoft windows 7 , 8 64 bit home , windows tells me there error while trying format sdxc card.

makes reliable 128 gb sdxc card? sandisk? have sandisk 32 gb microsdhc , it's never given me problems.

have system76 lemur (lemu4). i'm using ubuntu 13.04 64 bit release candidate. i'm thinking need wait final shipping version along updated system76 device driver, called them , said not fix problem. said should try brand see if pny brand prone defects or not.

should in situation?
