Thread: How to start, stop and resume a cron job by system load average?


hi, i'd 'cron' 'recollindex'* or others commands or scripts wile system load less 0,5 , terminte/kill/pause them when system load on 0,9 instance , resume/start again when system load less 0,5 15 minutes instance. i'd start them @ 'nice -18' instance. in more, 'service' can't find 1 present in m$ os's let set scheduled job when input devices unused since xx minutes. so, can me please personalize/hack cron jobs mentioned? in advance, paolo
