Thread: 13.04 (Server): network-manager - insufficient privileges

i installed brand new 13.04 server system.

after installation install xfce4 , network-manager packages running

code:
sudo apt-get install xfce4 sudo apt-get install network-manager
when run xfce4 using
code:
startx
, try connect wireless network receive following message network-manager:

code:
failed add/activate connection (32) insufficient privileges
this seems bug network-manager package. expect need add user particular group.

how can fix this?

as user network manager running?
on 12.04 machine:
code:
root 688 1 0 13:13 ? 00:00:00 networkmanager
