Thread: Can't boot into Ubuntu after deleting Windows


hello everyone,

foolishly deleted windows partition installed along ubuntu. had copied files on windows home (pics, music, documents) , figured erase windows partiton free space since wasn't going use anymore. can't see ubuntu partition unless open program such testdisk. have found files copied on through testdisk located on ubuntu extended partition.

ran boot info script here log:

there anyway of recovering partition detectable? appreciated.

forgot mention, tried running boot-repair, doesn't give me option repair. log shows "error: can't have partition outside disk!"
