Thread: cant install ubuntu


im having issues installing ubuntu 12.10 onto other computer. have 32bit version, bios set properly(boot disc drive). computer running on windows xp(im sinner ) when reboot install it, boots windows xp normal. ive installed ubuntu on few computers , never come accross issue. idea whats up?

computer im trying install on bit outdated, cant boot usb. cd/floppy/harddrive

have tried telling boot directly cd using boot menu while booting? can found either inside bios menu (in exit section) or pressing 1 of f keys.
also, while pc might saying can't boot usb, using plop. can use boot cd if fail booting using boot menu.
