Google vendor ID authorization and reset device limits

i purchased book on google play.  attempted download ade , transfer book kobo mini ereader. tried authorize devices , computer using google. first problem when selected google ebook vendor, use google details login, says information not correct. know google id , password correct because moment ago, used them login gmail. seems happen people on here well. there fix @ all?

 

the second problem after many times attempting authorize both computers , kobo , failed, reset computer (i using university's computer , runs on virtual machine). when got computer rebooted, downloaded ade , started process again. time, when opened .acsm file ade, said device limit reached. assume happen because on university's computer , uses virtual machine everytime reboots, becomes completely-new-and-different-computer (since there lot of students @ uni , each student has unique log in details; everytime computer reboots, wipes out of information previous use, including installation, etc.). guess ade treated computer new device, hence device limit reached. question is, how can reset device limits (i got suggestion google play support contact adobe device limit reset, that's why post question here.)
