Pasting HTML from DW into an email client

hi folks, isn't strictly question dreamweaver i've been fortunate find great here in past hope may take pity on me , share knowledge html.

 

my client wants me send email campaign looks this: http://qtnz.co.nz/ct-intro-letter ms word mail merge uses mac won't translate. therefore need use crm or similar create account email address.

 

so far have tried zoho, vtiger , mail chimp , pasted code dw page (as per link) html source setting within relevant app. looks perfect on preview when send email, none of styling or images included.

 

vtiger has feature insert background image set repeat x , y wrecks layout, , won't accept background-repeat: no-repeat; instruction.

 

all 3 desks located in timezones it's still weekend can't support them directly.

 

i have such limited knowledge of html coding maybe there obvious in code here can recognise , steer me right on?

 

if not, know of a  forum may advice on html , pasting mail programme?

i have used, , mail chimp quite bit. have make sure external files placed on web server , links them absolute links.

 

your template should pretty easy.
