Thread: Ubuntu 12.04 Update Manager not seeing my internet connection?

i running ubuntu 12.04 , when try update, following error:

w:failed fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/jonabeck/ppa/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/source/sources  404  not found , w:failed fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/jonabeck/ppa/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/packages  404  not found , e:some index files failed download. have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

i same error when run sudo apt-get update terminal.

issue url these 2 repos? performed update successful i'm still on 12.04 , trying upgrade latest version.

not see recent activity ppa, last listed supported version "karmic";

http://ppa.launchpad.net/jonabeck

suggest disable these ppas in software sources, , "update/upgrade" again.
