css formatting not applying in webhelp output

hi,

 

i used work rh version 7 , have upgraded rh11. opened project created using rh7 in rh11 , regenerated both .chm , webhelp outputs. .chm output fine, webhelp output not seem apply css defined formatting. appreciate if tell me causing , how can resolve it.

 

these steps performed:

1. open rh project file created in rh7 in rh11 environment.

2. prompted upgrade project in order open in rh11 upgraded.

3. generate .chm output.

4. generate wbehelp output

5. tried setting css apply topics (webhelp settings) generate again webhelp file.

 

when reviewed outputs that's when saw problem webhelp output. in previous version of rh when generate webhelp output dont problem.

 

i using windows server 2012 , rh html 11. tested outputs in ie8 , 10, google chrome , mozilla firefox. issue of css formatting not applying appears in google chrome , firefox. in ie8 , ie10, formatting seems apply, text appears small, smaller appears in .chm.

first make sure you’re patched & have applied fixes ie10/11 , chrome. generate without applying css all; rename folder , applied & compare.
