How can you fix the internal error message in fw & ps?

anytime working in either fw or ps , want apply effect or filter, message pops "internal error occured" means program crash.

this forum cloud, not using individual programs

once program downloads , installs no errors, need program forum

 

if start @ forums index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa

you able select forum specific adobe product(s) use

click "down arrow" symbol on right (where says forums) open drop down list , scroll

 

i can't suggest forum, because did not spell out names of programs using
