Possible to assign two pages in a spread to each other?

my employer takes publisher pdfs , creates version can view in browser and/or ipad app. received 1 pdf traits i've not seen. whenever try crop pages in combined pdf (yes clicked "all"), tries force cropping apply several page pairs. each of these pages within pairs appear normal individual pages scroll through pdf. thing distinguishing these pairs graphic designer intended them two-page spreads.

 

could there's setting in acrobat pro x "tells" pages belong each other? cause them not process separately in crop function?

 

google search didn't turn answer.

i can't visualise describing.

 

you have pdf separate pages; crop pages.

 

now "it tries force cropping apply several page pairs". surely applies every page, not several? not getting it, can give screen shot? (don't try email reply it).
