Thread: Chromium has taken over my system!

hello, bit of newbie , did terrible , disastrous!
had pre-installed copy of windows 7 home, began dual booting ubuntu. re-installed windows 7 did same ubuntu. today read using chromium on netbook speed browsing times when using on flashdrive still pretty slow installed on hdd. had left 20gb unused unpartitioned space on , presumed (more utterly hoped). can no longer boot ubuntu boot selection screen. sorry isn't ubuntu didn't know else go.
should run ubuntu system repair disc? have iso file , disc can put onto flashdrive , boot up? have format , start again? if so, how?

if did think did, overwrote both windows , ubuntu. chrome os doesn't install ubuntu, unallocated space. installs on whole disk.

yes, should able reinstall both windows , ubuntu. whether cd or usb, you. note usb stick can't copy files only, need bootloader on stick otherwise can't boot.
