how can i export from premier pro cc so my sound editor can work on it in avid pro tools?

how can export premier pro cc sound editor can work on in avid pro tools? having ton of problems making happen.

as sound design engineer (after picture locked), typically  receive omf (audio) files editor of audio tracks in nle (i.e. fcp, premiere pro etc.), , reference video file (typically h.264/quicktime file) burnt in time-code.  need export pp, of omf of each track.  if have long "feature film" 100-120 minutes, have them 1 track @ time (or cut film in sections), omf's have 2g limit (but exception not rule).  in pp go file>export>omf... send files along sound guy (with reference video).  when opens omf's in protools, import exact replica's of audio clips have in pp timeline.  also, when exporting omf's please add @ least 5 second handles clips.  should selectable option when exporting...  let me know how goes!!  omf stands (open media framework) , has been around long time, wrapper contains audio clips , works real protools!  luck.

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
