iPad app freezes after reboot

the qa team on air ios project on has encountered strange bug.  unfortunately, cannot share app can share of technical details need without exposing app itself

 

the basics of this:

 

the app requires user log in.  login credentials validated remote server.  once user logs in, store local value save logged in.

 

once logged in fine.  user can explore app & content within fine.  can kill app process & reboot ipad , app continues work fine.

 

if user logs out & logs in without powering ipad down, app works fine.

 

however, if user logs out, reboots ipad logs in after ipad rebooted, app freezes up.  occurs when loading swf packaged inside app.  time app freezes up  & @ loss how figure out precise cause of problem.  when user logs out, change value of local stored object & variable logged in flag not accessed @ time app freezes.

 

anyone seen similar?  have ideas how can test insights inside app errors being thrown?  flash builder requires persistent connection when loads test app device cannot use because have reboot ipad create error.
