"Headers and Footers" settings in table styles?

i thought i'd check here before submitting bug.

i'm trying make of tables in (long) document repeat headers @ top of every text column.

 

i can apply setting individual table selecting table , going table > table options > headers , footers.

but not see anywhere set these header , footer settings in table styles.

 

and, table styles do appear honor these settings:

say create table , apply table style it. check make sure there no overrides applied table style. go table > table options > headers , footers , change setting there. table style shows have overridden it. if clear overrides, setting removed. if don't clear overrides, , instead redefine table style, maintains setting i've changed , can apply other tables. but, when view table style's settings, nothing has been added list of style settings.

 

is bug? in advance can either point me toward i'm missing or confirm i'm not crazy expecting functionality there.

now, that's odd. not crazy! surprised can use of cell style section of table style specify, say, right columns have single cell style, , can define which style header when go turn on manually, can't define in style.

 

i put fact tables third-party plugin (by woodwing? can't remember made originally) adobe bought , added id, , left unchanged decade. maybe not bug such, inconsistency in development.
