Choppy playback when selecting camera angle in multicam editing

working adobe premiere pro cc updated (as of post).

when playing 4 angles in "multi-camera" view play smooth. no problems.

when start selecting angle want specific time during playback box around camera angle turns red, 4 angles skip , choppy short time , catches up. makes bad editing experience have wait footage catch before can see angle want next selection.

if stop playback , start again video smooth until select , angle different playing... choppy second... smooth again once "catches up"

it'll play 4 angles smooth day until select different angle.

sequence settings:

multicam sequence:

"multicam

1920 x 1080

02;28;11;01, 59.94 fps

48000 hz - multichannel mapped stereo"

main sequence multicam on editing:

"main

1920 x 1080

02;28;11;01, 59.94 fps

48000 hz - stereo"

footage specs of 4 camera angles:

sony a77 - avchd, mts(1080p, 60p)

sony a99 - avchd. mts (1080p, 24p)

panasonic lumix lx7 - avchd, mts (1080p, 60p)

gopro hero 3+ black - h.264, mp4 (1080p, 24p)

machine specs:

windows 8.1 64bit

asrock x79 extreme4 motherboard

intel core i7-4930k

16gb ddr3 ram

nvidia geforce gtx 780 w/3gb

all windows updates installed , latest drivers hardware

drive config:

c: samsung 840 pro 256gb sata iii (os, page)

g: esata external raid - 4 2tb 7200rpm sata iii drives in raid 10 config (media)

e: 1tb 7200rpm sata iii (project files)

f: 1tb 7200rpm sata iii (cache, previews)

i have tried putting footage on single 7200rpm rather raid see if issue. same thing.

windows resource monitor isn't showing irregular can see.

thanks time. apprecaited.

i can 4 tracks less power.  i'd expect system handle butter.

the potential gotcha can see 2 of cameras shooting @ 24p.  maybe needed pulldown 60p sequence tripping things somehow.
