Ps Cannot Save - Error = Disk Full

can please help? of yesterday, cannot save file photoshop. tells me disk s full, although have 1.78 tb of space , can save every other application. have uninstalled , reloaded photoshop, problem persists.

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
