Export settings for high res playback.

good afternoon.  first post.

i editing video shot canon 60d.  files .mov , sequence 2 hour long.

i using pc i5-3570k, 8gb ram, nvidia gtx 660 2 gb , 1tb 7200 rpm hdd. editing on premier 7.0

 

i appreciate advice on how export maximum quality.  , please provide necessary equipement needed playback video.

 

as of now, reproduce video on event week of now, there assigned tv.

 

i play video @ maximum resolution.  lets assume tv 50" full hd. 

 

should play external usb hdd? or computer plugged via hdmi, or usb flash storage media?

 

which codec should use, figure png lossless produce such large file tv/my pc have trouble playing it.

 

i noticed h.264 produces larger file mpeg 2. 

 

which codec should use? should download codecs third party?  please help.

 

question number 2:  equipement needed reproduce video, proyector? or tv? blueray player or reproduce usb?  if wanted reproduce video on 80" screen? need? proyector higher quality tv?

 

any advice welcome.

can .  depends on rez of projector.  ( think digital cinema projectors)

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
