Files reverting back to random saves

i'm working in indesign cc. i've worked on layout on last several days , have finished several pages on same document. after creating low-res pdf in acrobat documnet reverted blank document on march 11 @ 10:58 am. went time machine's hourly backup , documents in of backup folders have reverted march 11 10:58 well. work gone on local disk backups. how files revert past save both locally , on several backup folders @ same time. , more importantly can recovered?

are sure saved same folder?

 

if they're gone, they're gone good. make habit of periodically saving new version new name, each time i'm make major change, or when start new editing session, have both easy way abandon set of changes , ready backup path in case of disaster.
