Already installed Indesign CC but cannot running

i working design indesign cc. meanwhile, opened applications. when i'm indesign, can't click on it. if click indesgin icon on taskbar, nothing happen. reallyy nothing happen. uninstalled it, leave computer on. use windows 8. in morning, creative cloud show display message me , wrote indesign installed. when clik icon, nothing happen.

 

what's wrong all? pleas, need help. can't work without indesign.

uninstall indesign run cs cleaner , install again.

cs cleaner tool installation problems | ccm, cs6, cs5.5, cs5, cs4, cs3

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
