I am having difficulties synching my audio provider with my new Adobe Connect license.
i following error when start audio:
a configuration error occurred. please verify audio settings meeting in connect central. universal voice service not start , conference audio not broadcast or record meeting.

we need have more info before can start debugging problem. licensed customer or hosted one? if hosted customer, there uv issue happened have caused this. please see if hosted cluster falls in of impacted clusters mentioned @ http://status.adobe.com/
