Adobe Captivate 5 - Recording Issues

i have put 15 question quiz using captivate 5 , having issues records @ end. have checked forum , can find answer question posted in 2010 , didn;t have captivate installed @ point don't think issue. have checked quiz preferences number of times ensure have them set correctly , can;t see wrong them @ however, course still reports score out of 150 points, example, on forst attempt answered 8 out of 15 questions correct , final page of quiz told me had scored 53% yet score of 80 points sent learning system. can please help?

i have no longer 5 on machine (only 5.5, 6.1 , 7.0.1) did check advanced interaction panel (f9)? show scored objects , maximum possible score. maybe have scored objects question slides.

 

some lms's don't accept scores above 100. can either ty lower score per question (10 5) and/or send percentage instead of total score? 80/150 53%, score sent consistent values of quizzing system variables seeing on score slide. maybe confusion between % , points?

Some mp4 files not displaying correctly (CS6)

a week ago in premiere pro cs6 world. one day updated windows, next day few .mp4 video files opened in premiere pro, played fine well, except fact display has green (sometimes multicolour, solid green block) bars in lower third of screen. see screenshot below.   these same files open/display fine in after effects, photoshop , vlc- , quicktime players. i'd read fromyears ago windows updates causing this, removed 1 of therecent kb's no avail. i did install adobemediaencodertrial_64-6.0.3-mul-adobeupdate and dynamiclinkmediaserverretail-1.0.1-mul-adobeupdate and reverted quicktime 7.6 but nothing makes difference.   in end, formatted c:\, reinstalled windows 7 ultimate 64bit , downloaded/installed 260 updates , reinstalled cs6 (and aforementioned ame , dlms updates , qt7.6) it's still same problem.   also tried exporting (part of) 1 of these files, see if wasn't display problem: exported file same properties original has green bars.   what else can do?   thanks in advanc
