hi,

purchased inexpensive usb fax modem. running ubuntu 12.04. able send , recieve faxes , have efax installed. have been unsuccessful in getting program recognize modem is: bus 005 device 002: id 0572:1300 conexant systems (rockwell), inc. softk56 data fax voice carp. appreciate step step assistance issue. thanks, scott
