Contact form submissions not being received

hi,

 

i know has been asked many times, can't find straight answer.

 

i've created client site (www.fullvelocity.co.uk), , in contact section there's form. i've linked info@fullvelocity.co.uk receive submissions.

 

however don't receive though says submission successful.

 

i changed personal hotmail address test it, , received submission.

 

the client site hosted on godaddy , uploaded via ftp host muse, rather exporting html (does make difference?).

 

i did them set emails on godaddy later told me they'd set them elsewhere (via google think). deleted email accounts godaddy.

 

they receive emails normally.

 

please me solve asap!

hi, have same problem: muse sites, godaddy hosting.  insight can add if go muse , @ email address info sent looks ok.  if retype email address , re-publish site form works fine … short time … problem recurs.  basically, test email on newly republished site goes through fine find out client have emailed me , didn't it.  same story on site made client.

this big deal me appreciate resolution.

 

there few different threads here same problem listed … none of them answered.  have believe adobe looking this!
