how to make points from vector object move with video timeline?

is possible make selectet ankerpoints of vector object triangle , select example it's top point , use "position" in video timeline make video showing triangles top point going up?

 

(this example of mean, want draw pentool , make points go left, right, and/or down.)

 

also saw called style under position do?

you can animate layer in video timeline , in frame animation.  in both cases photoshop can create frame between start of animation , end of animation. can create own frame using photoshop tools , use features onionskin.
