Thread: Problems with access to shared folders from windows share

hey.

have iomega home media server have saved files. various folders mount ease. done automatically stab during startup. mounts looks this:

/ / iomega-0e568d/music / media/musikk2 cifs username = user, password = psw, rw, iocharset = utf8, file_mode = 4777, dir_mode = 4777 0:00

can see have used chmod 4777 should allow full access all.

access have, , can open , close files , save existing folders without problems. problems arise when create new folder , should take use.

new folder appears in nautilus padlock, , i'm not allowed store in it.

when open nautilus gksudo, see owner "nobody". can set owner "root" , give access, , directory functions normally. am, however, not allowed set own user owner.

cumbersome, , i'd appreciated if solve problem.
