Can my late 2013 Macbook Pro 13" run Adobe Illustrator?
hello everyone!
my first post here, i'll provide brief history. purchased late 2013 13" retina macbook pro. have middle model with:
-8gb ram
-integrated intel iris graphics
-256gb ssd
-i5 (2.4ghz)
-mavericks 10.9.1
i have been using pixelmator , idraw learn basics of graphic design, , mess around it. longer go more enjoy of this! logos, wallpapers, mobile phone icons, etc. more learn , read, more begin realize of limitations these 2 programs have. looking forward making of own t-shirts/logos, , see end needing more professional , color separation features of adobe programs, once working printers.
so looking making move either adobe illustrator cc or trying find cheap version of illustrator cs6 on ebay. realize proffesional graphic designers opt use 15" mbp, made purchase not realizing end enjoying doing , purchase else yet. end picking external monitor, mouse, , external hard drive(s). believe ive seen pictures of designer's setups either 13" or 15" mbp's hooked external monitors.
so question is, can late 2013 13" rmbp run adobe illustrator cc , photoshop reliably? older versions, maybe cs6 or cs5.5? according spec requirements adobe illustrator cc on adobe site, seems laptop makes it, wanted ask guys , totally sure first. without dedicated gpu. if there doing graphic design out there uses setup this, great hear you!
thank , forward replies , insight!
there shouldn't hardware limitations illustrator
but photoshop might need dedicated video hardware or other stuff video and/or 3d functions.
