Thread: b43 wireless, how can i make it work


i installed 13.04 , no wireless. error on boot b43 etc...

tried running after looking on web not locatable

fixed here

why cant work, cause non-free?
how cost make work ubuntu?
if bcm4311 these should take care of ( ethernet connection)

sudo apt-get remove --purge bcmwl-kernel-source
sudo apt-get install linux-firmware-nonfree
sudo modprobe b43
