How to expand multi-line fields in pdf forms?

i have formscentral pdf form, allows users fill out form , save pdf. however, after receiving completed forms, unable see text in multi-line field boxes without opening them , scrolling down. since sharing several of these competed forms review panel, to:

1) display entire content of multi-line field boxes rather having reader scroll down, then

 

2)  save completed forms read-only when send review panel

 

i not collecting responses via formscentral. receiving pdf via email.

to see entire contents of text field, either have make bigger or make more text can displayed in field cannot entered. if set font size auto multiline field, font size auto-adjust down minumum size of 4 in attempt display of text that's entered. otherwise, if use fixed font size , deselect "scroll long text" option, user won't able enter more text can displayed @ font size.

 

you can either set fields read-only (e.g., script attached bookmark or button, or custom menu item/toolbar button in acrobat) or flatten form, converts field appearances regular page contents , removes interactive fields. following free javascript-based tool makes easy: http://www.uvsar.com/projects/acrobat/flattener/
