Cannot login as host for meeting. I am account administrator.


hi,

 

first day using software. cannot log in host new meeting i've created though account admin, created meeting, , defined host in meeting users.

 

i using chrome , have checked flash issue. not using newer flash built chrome. have tried logging in internet explorer. same issue.

 

i log meeting. doesn't ask me download adobe connect add-in, see quick message 1 second looks says downloading adobe connect (maybe?) before actual connecting bar comes up. stuck in meeting participant, , can't change user type.

 

this new account. there might not activated yet it? didn't account password yet sales rep, clicked forgot password , system let me reset in quicker (haha). else seems working. please!

 

also, cannot create password login meeting? isn't supposed option in meeting creation menu?

you using named host licensing model. such, need member of meeting host group host meeting.

 

exact verbiage named host license:

 

named hosts may create unlimited number of meeting rooms, however, named host can use 1 of rooms @ 1 time , rooms cannot accessed unless named host present.

 

as admin can create rooms, cannot host them.
