Thread: Wacom Intuos 5 Relative Mode Timing and Lift Distance

hi, know how if, when using regular mouse, try scroll far in 1 direction? run out of physical space on mousepad right? need lift mouse off pad, , put down started.

in relative mode, need mimic process. in recent install of ubuntu, fresh out of box, 'timer' takes long. in other words, have lift pen off pad, wait, put down or else interprets single action , resets mouse position along pen. it's if instead of lifting mouse off pad, shook , forth. can provide advice?

also, pen responds far distance away , xsetwacom <device> cursorproximity gives "property 'wacom proximity threshold' not exist on device." there alternative property?

wacom capture doesn't seem have these problems on same install.

xsetwacom --version returns 0.17.0

don't understand talking honest.

stylus in absolute mode default graphic tablet. if had intuos5 touch touch in relative mode. can set stylus mode relative xsetwacom set command using mode parameter.

cursor in linuxwacom speak refers tablet mouse or puck. cursorprox parameter applies that, , don't believe intuos5's have them.

help?
