Authorization Code for Adobe Acrobat 8

i trying gtet adobe acrobat 8 activated.  due system crash unable deactivate software.  activation process within software failed.  when called automated system not give me authorization code, , when hit option speak agent message stating phone activations no longer accessible.  website adobe.com/go/activatge not available either.  know old product, how can authorization code allow me use of software?
