Illustrator CC - can't be installed

slightly disappointed can't use latest illustrator don't have system's requirements.

 

i uninstalled illustrator 6. can download again? frustrated have work , deadlines meet.

Illustrator CS5 javascript JPEG export 300 DPI & max quality
