Illustrator CC crashes at launch

hello everyone,

 

   according adobe staff, illustrator cc crashes every time launch because of "conditions prevent applications creating file required sync settings feature." below excerpt original form thread , describes problem in depth. after corresponding staff member via thread, pointed me a solution they'd come with (the problem had been reported indesign well). solution placing downloaded (and unzipped) ssinfo file in place illustrator unable create it. location follows:

\users\<username>\appdata\roaming\adobe\adobe illustrator 17 settings\en_us\x64

 

   worked first time launched illustrator after completing instructed steps. however, next time launched illustrator, problem back. i've tried repeating process redownloading, copying , replacing ssinfo file specified folder, however, didn't work. here problem originally posted, described in greater detail:

 

 

i'm running same issue every time try launch illustrator cc. program launches (i see splash screen), illustrator opens,  after 2-3 seconds, crashes , windows displays message "adobe illustrator cc has stopped working...". windows checks solutions, finds none.

it happens when run 32-bit , 64-bit versions. i've had problem maybe 5 months (since got illustrator cc). don't have issue other adobe software - photoshop, indesign, after effects, illustrator cs6 etc. i've talked numerous customer service reps, , have yet have real solution.

 

      couple of possibly relevant pieces of information: have wacom bamboo create , illustrator cc works in secondary user account, not primary. representatives have told me since works in user account, there must problem primary account. however, don't know said problem is, nor know how fix it. switching user accounts whenever need use illustrator cc (which often, being graphic designer) hassle , disrupts workflow. can't final solution. so,  i've done suggested in other discussions problem. have

 

• uninstalled reinstalled illustrator cc
• signed in , out of cc
• run program administrator
• disabled graphics card , launched ai cc
• updated graphics driver
• removed third-party plug-ins (there weren't in first place)
• updated wacom driver

 

     have hp pavilion dv6 notebook pc, running windows 7 home premium (64-bit service pack 1), amd radeon hd 6520g graphics, 6gb ram

 

   once again, or suggestions appreciated! if more info needed, such crash dumps or else concerning issue, let me know , i'll happy oblige.
