Need to keep signing in....

i have had subscription cc since beginning of november , has started happening in past day , half.

 

for reason photoshop "forgets" signed in.

 

if use photoshop , close hour or 2 "you need sign in photoshop" message.

 

i can sign in fine , ok getting pita. cc app signs out.

 

also when in ps box telling me complete registration adobe (which done ages ago - checked again today on safe side).

 

any suggestions?

 

i using windows 7 64bit , have subscription photographers program.

 

my concern - if, whatever reason, loose internet access wont able access ps telling me cant use until sign in. understanding should have "check in" adobe every 30 days or so. until yesterday permanently running cc app , checking updates every few days machine should considered have checked in.

this bug, , there lots of posts in cc forum. don't have search, @ first page , find several (including 1 started me).

 

what seems happen minor change in hardware status triggers sign-out. me, it's connecting external usb disk. long don't i'm fine. others have experienced switching network connection.

 

there number of fixes floating about, "staff" posters. try them , see. me nothing has worked - except not connecting usb disk. works.

 

for i'm sitting 1 out, waiting update or more definite fix.
