Thread: Laptop randomly power-off's when on battery.

hello guys! managed create account in here. im ubuntu 12.10 user time , if had problem found solution somewhere on forum.

cannot find. problem is, when unplug ac power, laptop pretty ok. i've got jupiter , monitoring temp. using sensors. power disappears. it's not regular shutdown or something, power-off. battery not critical. temps low, battery should last @ least 2 hours... , bam. power down. doing acpi-handle-hack make optimus graphics work. don't know if that's it. such thing never happened on windows.

not good, know information should provide you. appreciated! in advance

have looked @ battery’s connectors make sure there’s no dirt on them , made sure clips laptop securely.
